I recently transferred to CrossFit Bound from another gym, looking to upgrade my skills and truly challenge myself while competing more. From the very beginning, CrossFit Bound has been exactly what I was seeking and so much more! The gym is spacious enough to accommodate all the amazing athletes who train here, and the equipment is well-maintained, just like the facilities. They even have a dedicated recovery room with various tools to keep you primed for the next workout, along with a sauna.

What really sets CrossFit Bound apart is the personalized approach they take. Each athlete receives a custom meal plan, and they use an InBody scanning machine to track your progress regularly. The coaches (Jessica, Britney, Brooklyn, Miles, Jenn, Brandon) and owners genuinely care about every individual’s success. They have a goal board where you can write down what you’re focusing on for the year, and the coaches make sure you're consistently working towards those goals. It's incredible how, despite the number of athletes here, the coaches stay updated on everyone’s progress like it’s one-on-one training.

The programming is top-notch! Coach Brandon puts in an immense amount of time and effort into each workout, and the progress I've made in less than a year is phenomenal. I’ve found a true CrossFit family at this gym, surrounded by athletes who inspire me to push myself to new heights and encourage me to achieve their level of performance.

“I was diagnosed with a severe case of osteoporosis with the bone density scan reading of -3.2. My doctor told me to do weight bearing exercises. Then, I saw Crossfit Bound's ad promoting women's health. So, I started with them. I discovered that it was beyond women's health. It was for everyone's health. Started working out from never worked out before was not easy. Brandon (the owner) and his caring and knowledgeable coaches not only made it welcome but also doable, achievable, and measurable. Brandon designs all the programs, offers special programs, and supports his clients physically and mentally to achieve their goals with personal meeting, tool, and apps. I thought being healthy was a myth, weightlifting was intimidating, working out was a choice. Brandon proved me wrong. I am healthier than ever. My bone density scan reading is now 0.8.
